How to Style A Christmas Jumper

Here's the deal - I flippin LOVE Christmas. I love tacky decorations, lights, mince pies, advent calendars, films, brass bands and that feeling in the air you can't quite put your finger on that makes everyone a bit nicer to each other. It's a bit of a given then, that I love a good Christmas jumper too, and if I can integrate them into my usual outfit choices, then all the better.

Personally I love all festive knits, whether delightfully tacky or cute and tasteful, but I find the latter a little easier to style day-to-day. I recently discovered up and coming designer Sabinna, who has created these totally GORGEOUS jumpers for the festive season. They all feature the same understated embroidery designs on fine merino wool, making them not only great quality but super easy to style, avoiding looking like Buddy the Elf but still embracing Christmas magic.

I've styled mine with jeans and boots with this excellent longline blazer from H&M. Blazers are great way to dress up jeans, especially in this straight, oversized style - I got mine in a size 12 for a super roomy, fabulously 80s feel. Another Man-repelling addition to my wardrobe, which I am totally OK with.
