A WALK A WEEK - REGENT'S PARK

It's easy to forget while we're bombarded with ideas for activities and things to do in the capital that London has some pretty stunning green spaces, or golden browns at this time of year which, in my opinion, is even prettier!

For nearly four months now I've worked quite literally a stone's throw away from Regent's Park yet never ventured in on my lunch hour, or at all for that matter. But something a bit funny came over me this Monday morning - if you'd have asked my 18 year old self if at 22 I would be taking time to stroll in a park on my lunch to 'enjoy the views' I would have laughed in your face. This is however, exactly what I did and it was bloomin' lovely (pun intended).

I'm going to try and make it a 'thing' to visit various parks around London, take some snaps and share them on here as some inspiration for your Sunday strolls. Apologies if you are not a prematurely ageing 22-year-old like me, I'll keep posting more 'hip' things in between ;-)
